Terms and Conditions

  • The artist retains full copyright on all artwork that is produced, including mock-ups and prints. The artist can create prints and calendars using the image of the artwork created. When a portrait is commissioned the artist reserves the right to display it on the website gallery and on social media pages. Clients who do not wish their commissioned portrait to be shown online must notify the artist before work commences.

  • To secure a commission, a 25% deposit must be made before the drawing of the portrait can begin. I accept PayPal or Venmo. Most items are shipped within 3-5 business days from portrait completion.

Please be aware that I work on a first come first serve basis, and waiting times can take up to 4 months. We will discuss the time frame to make sure your portrait will be finalized and delivered by the time you need.

  • All orders are shipped securely with a tracking number to the address you provide. If the item is a gift, it can be shipped directly to the recipient. Please indicate the address at the time of the order.

My portraits are packaged extremely well. However in the unlikely event that damage occurs during transit please send a photo of the damaged artwork immediately. Depending on the extent of the damage, the artwork must be returned to me and a new portrait will be drawn at no cost.

  • Clients may cancel a commission order up to 7 days from the initial order. The artist will retain the deposit if she has begun work on the piece.

If clients cancel their order after 7 days have passed, the deposit will be retained as loss of business, to cover the artist’s time, administration, emails, mock-ups, payment fees.

Please contact me if you have any problems with your order and I will do my best to resolve any issue(s). I strive for excellent feedback and customer service, so don't hesitate to message me with any issues.

  • On receiving an approved portrait, clients have 7 days to contact me about any required changes. If the portrait needs returning for alterations the client must cover the necessary shipping charges both ways.

  • All items for sale including commission are not subject to Value Added Tax. Payment of import duty may be liable in some countries, which is the sole responsibility of the client.
