Ann Richman Art takes the collection of your personal information very seriously. This page informs you as to how your data is collected and used.  Personal information is never knowingly collected by persons under the age of 13.

Data Collection and Use for Pet Portrait

Your name and email address may be collected when you choose to contact me through my website. Only I, Ann Richman, the owner of Ann Richman Art, will see this information. The data will only be used to contact you, the client, about questions or queries regarding a current or future commission.

Your name, home address, email address, and telephone number may be collected by Ann Richman for shipping purposes and given to United States Parcel Service for delivery purposes only. These details are only used for the purpose of shipping your commissioned artwork to you.

Your information is only collected once you, the client, have emailed me directly at annrichmanart@gmail.com. Your phone number will be collected by me if you would prefer to discuss commissions over the phone rather than via email. Your phone number, address, or email will never be shared with any third party and will only be used to contact you regarding your commissioned portrait.

Data Collection and Use for Email List/Newsletter

When you sign up to receive a newsletter from Ann Richman Art your name and email address are collected. Only I, Ann Richman, the owner of Ann Richman Art, will see this information. I will never share this information with any third parties. The data will only be used to send you newsletters consisting of art piece progress, art tips, blog links, and discounts for future pet portrait commissions. You may freely ask to be removed from my email list at any time by clicking on “unsubscribe” from any newsletter emails received from Ann Richman Art. You may also contact me at ann@annrichmanart.com at any time and I will permanently delete your information.

Data Storage Length for Pet Portraits and Newsletters

Your name, email address, delivery address, and telephone number will be stored by Ann Richman Art while your commission is being carried out. Upon completion of your order, Ann Richman Art will continue to hold this information for a maximum of 5 years whereby it will then be destroyed. This also applies to invoices/receipts that are issued upon receipt of deposit monies or payments at I completion. Both hardcopy and electronic copies will be held for a maximum of 5 years, to be destroyed thereafter.

Your email address, first and last name will be held for purposes of a newsletter/email list that you purposefully signed up for until which time you elect to be removed from the Ann Richman Art email list. Upon which time, all of your data will be promptly removed and deleted.
